TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NOBLE ART OFFICIAL CORP
IMPORTANT – MANDATORY READING BEFORE PURCHASE:
By checking the box “I accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”, you (the “Student”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the purchase.
1. LEGAL DEFINITIONS
1.1 The Company: NOBLE ART OFFICIAL CORP, incorporated in Wyoming, USA.
1.2 The Student: The natural person who purchases access to the training program.
1.3 Training Program: An online professional training program for tattoo artists, including technical, artistic, strategic, and professional development content.
1.4 Training Materials: All digital content provided by the Company, including videos, PDFs, templates, access to communities, recordings, group mentoring sessions, live classes, or pre-recorded classes.
1.5 Intellectual Property: All training materials are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by U.S. and international law. Their reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is prohibited.
2. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
By purchasing this training program, the Student will receive access to:
● Immediate access to the platform with step-by-step content.
● Live group mentoring sessions with Matías Noble and the team.
● Weekly group work reviews via video call.
● 24/7 community chat with students and artists.
● Course on how to design in Procreate.
● Professional hygiene and safety.
● How to build your website and attract clients through Google.
● Advanced tattoo techniques.
● Photography, video, and content editing for social media.
● Personal branding strategies and Instagram management.
● Meta Ads advertising (how to manage your own ads to attract clients).
● In GOLD and PRIME plans, special discounts and priority access to other training programs.
3. TERMS OF USE AND PROHIBITIONS
● Access is personal and non-transferable.
● Sharing content or passwords with third parties is prohibited.
● The reproduction, downloading, distribution, or use of the content outside the Student’s personal use is prohibited.
● Any violation will be legally prosecuted under applicable intellectual property laws.
4. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
4.1 No Results Guaranteed: Results depend exclusively on the Student’s commitment, effort, and dedication. The Company does not guarantee income, employment, or specific results.
4.2 Success Examples: These are real cases but do not represent promises or guarantees.
4.3 Availability: The Company undertakes to maintain content availability. However, it shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, technical maintenance, or force majeure events.
4.4 Included Materials: (Only in the case of a specific limited-time promotion or bonus) If your plan includes a physical tattoo kit, it will only be shipped to valid residential addresses in eligible countries and within the stated delivery timeframes. Any misuse of the materials shall be the sole responsibility of the Student.
5. PAYMENT METHODS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Payment Options:

5.2 Refund Policy:
● All plans include immediate access to digital content. Therefore, NO refunds will be granted under any circumstances, in accordance with regulations applicable to digital goods.
● By purchasing, the Student expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
5.3 Non-Payments and Chargebacks:
● In the event of non-payment, access will be automatically blocked.
● Any attempt to reverse payment (chargeback) will be considered fraud and may lead to legal action under the jurisdiction of Wyoming.
6. LEGAL JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of said State.
7. FINAL CLAUSE
This agreement represents the only valid contract between the Student and the Company. No promotion, advertisement, or prior communication shall modify or replace this document.
By accepting these Terms, the Student declares that they:
● Have read and understood all clauses.
● Accept each of the terms described herein.
● Expressly waive any future claims that contradict this agreement.
8. WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS
The Student agrees that any claim, dispute, or conflict arising out of this agreement shall be handled exclusively on an individual basis.
Accordingly, the Student expressly waives the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective, joint, or representative proceeding against Noble Art Official Corp, its directors, founders, or collaborators.
This provision applies to both judicial actions and collective arbitrations.
9. INTENSIVE IN-PERSON TRAINING
9.1 Additional In-Person Option
In addition to access to the online training program, the Student may choose to participate in the Intensive In-Person Training offered at one of the partner studios of Noble Art Official Corp, located in different cities around the world (Spain, Switzerland, Canada, or the United States). The city and date will be selected by the Student, subject to the availability and schedule established by the Academy.
9.2 Duration and Format
This training lasts 2 consecutive weeks, with a total of 64 in-person hours, entirely practical, within a professional studio with active tattoo artists.
9.3 In-Person Training Content
During this in-person block, the Student will:

Receive intensive technical instruction in strokes, lines, fills, and shading.

Perform guided practice on synthetic skin and real clients (under supervision).

Gain first-hand exposure to the daily operations of a professional studio, hygiene standards, client interaction, and preparation.

Develop real pieces that will become part of their portfolio.

Receive daily follow-up and personalized feedback from mentors.
9.4 Included Materials
The Academy will provide all materials necessary during the training: rotary machine, power supply, grips, inks, needles, stencil materials, synthetic skin, soaps, paper, gloves, and all other disposable and hygiene items required for the proper performance of the activities.
9.5 Tax Conditions and Payment Method
This intensive in-person training shall be paid directly to the physical establishment where it is delivered, corresponding to the city selected by the Student. Said local establishment shall be responsible for issuing the corresponding invoice with its own tax identification number (VAT/IVA/Sales Tax), in accordance with the tax laws of the relevant country. The Student understands that this payment is not part of the general online enrollment and that it is an additional service contracted specifically at the place where the training is carried out.
9.6 Legal and Logistical Condition
The place in the In-Person Training is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Registration shall be considered valid only when the Student confirms attendance, selects their city, and completes payment at the corresponding establishment. Voluntary failure to attend, without justified cause approved by the Academy, shall result in the loss of the reservation. Any change or rescheduling shall be subject to the availability of the corresponding center.
Clause – Exclusive Access and Use of the Registration Link
The Student acknowledges and agrees that the access and registration link provided for this training is strictly personal, exclusive, and non-transferable. This link may only be used by individuals who have requested the full program through an authorized sales advisor of Noble Art Official Corp and who have received such access directly and individually.
It is expressly prohibited to share, forward, or provide this link to third parties under any circumstances.
Any registration made by a person who has not received the link directly from Noble Art Official Corp will be automatically canceled without prior notice and without any right to refund or claim.
This access is part of a complete and closed training plan and therefore may not be contracted separately or used outside the conditions established for this program.
